A good start!!

I'm pleased to say that I've lost 1kg this week and it's that dreaded time of the month too, so a bit of a shocker!!


I've had such a good week though, compared to previous weeks. I'm feeling lots better than I did, I've been sticking to my WW plan but I haven't exercised because I burnt my leg quite badly last week and it's still quite sore when I walk.






Jacob's started school this week which was a big thing for us, just like all families.
