Great support

I've found a great group of people on the Weightwatchers UK site. They're all following the core plan, which is no pointing, just basically eating healthily from a list of filling foods until you're satisfied, plus you can have 21 points a week too!! Woo hoo!! I can still drink!!

My first weigh in


Well, Jessie is 3 months old now and I've had the shock of my life this morning!! I've decided to start Weightwatchers and have weighed in at a massive 108kg!!! Ten tonne Tess or what??!!!! I've heard of pregnant ladies eating for 2, I think I was eating for 10!! I used the fact that I was pregnant as such an excuse to eat anything and everything! The picture above was taken on holiday a week ago.

It's not going to be easy trying to follow a diet with a baby and a 3 1/2 year old running around, plus there's Nigel's business work to do too. I'll give it my best shot!





I'm surprised I didn't get stuck in that carriage!!!!
