Well, we've been on the road in our Jayco Expanda for 11 months now and are currently in Cairns, North Queensland.  Nige has a job for a few months, so Jacob's enrolled in to a nearby school and he's loving it.

I haven't been on this blog since New Year's Eve, when I wrote that 2012 was going to be my year!!  Well, I'm still the same weight of 85kg that I set off with 11 months ago.  I packed a pile os size 12 and 14 clothes that I used to wear in Port Macquarie with the hope that towards the end of this trip I'd be able to get back in to them......GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Nige has the car when he works, so Jacob gets the bus to school with other kids from the campground, so Jessie and I have been either biking or Jess biking and I walking to the shopping centre which is around 4km there and 4km back, so that should get me fit!!

I've also enrolled in an online course and am studting a Certificate III in Education Support, so I can qualify to be a teacher assistant.
