No loss this week, but no gain either!!
I've joined a new gym and have been loving the classes there, that's really helping me get back to the "old" Rachel. But, I do feel that I have my mojo back. It disappeared for a while (I think it may have been drowing in wine!) but it's back. I'm going to stay off the wine and beer and try and blast these kilos off!!!
Blimey, it's so hot and stickey here I think I'll be sweating a few kilos off!!!
Off to wrap the Chrissie prezzies up this afternoon and then go to get my hair cut :)
