I've had a bad few weeks and have slipped back in to quite a bad depression, which I'm getting sorted!!!! I've had to give up my fab job, which I am gutted about, but I just couldn't cope with working full time. I've had the chance to work with a great group of people though, of which I hope to keep in touch. They are all extremely understanding.
I've managed to put on 1.4kg this week. So now it's track track track with lots of exercising to help me chill and get back to the way I was.
