A bit of a blip!!

I went to the doctors today because I've had a bad chest and I ended up breaking down in front of him. This has been coming on for a very long time I think (I'm sure that everyone around me will agree too!!!) I had a really long chat with him and he's diagnosed me with depression, funnily enough, so I'm on the happy pills!!!!!

2010 is going to be my year, it really is! I've got to do it! I really don't like who I've become and only I can change that!!

I had a lovely chat on the phone with my mate Naomi from New Zealand last night. She's a star!! She's been so supportive and helpful.

I've weighed in and come in at 85.4kg!

I've set myself a challenge to lose 15kg by July!!

I'm going to follow the points program on Weightwatchers online. I can't be doing with going to classes and feeling like I'm at Fatfighters off Little Britain!! Plus, I haven't got the time!

Christmas 2009..................

To say that I've gone off the rails is an understatement!!!!!!

Mum's been over here from the UK since the end of November, which is great. I've missed her so much.

I've been drinking far too much and stuffing my face again! Oh well, it's Christmas!!

In Oz

Well, we've been in Australia for a week now and Nigel's starting work, so I've decided to join a Weightwatchers group in town, I weighed in at 92kg!!!!!! So I've put on 7kg since April!!!!!

All gone.......

Everything's been packed up and we have a very empty house now!! Nige and I are sleeping on a second hand blow up mattress, Jacob's sleeping on the floor in an old sleeping bag (he loves it though because he thinks he's camping!) and Jessie is in a travel cot. Time to blitz the house now and clean up!!!! Takeaways here we come!!!!

It's all happening now!

Well, we've booked the flight for the 28th June to fly to Dubai, Bangkok and then Sydney. We've managed to get a lovely couple in to rent the house for a minimum of 1 year. We've go the shipping company coming in a few weeks to pack up and ship our possessions off!! It's feeling so real now!

My diet has totally gone out of the window. I can't even think about it at the moment.

Back from our trip!!!

Back in the UK and I'm dreading getting on the scales!!!! I've really pigged out while we were away and drank so much beer and wine!!

Nige has been offered a job in Port Macquarie starting 13th July!!! So, we've got to sell the house, pack up and go!!!! We're thinking of booking a flight (one way......oh my god!!!) at the end of June!!! That's next month!!!
